How it has changed
El Purto de Santa María has changed a lot in the last 50 years:
- On the one hand, 50 years ago:It had a population of 42111,.
We didn´t have cinemas, we didn´t have shooping center too,we didn´t have museum, we didn´t have bike a lane.
But we had palacies, theatres, monuments and convents.
Also the station train is the most old in Andalucia.
-On the other hand nowadays: It has got a population of 88345.
We have got a lot of cinemas, we have got ttheatres, we have got two shooping center El Paseo and Bahia Mar, we have got a aguapark,we have bike lanes,
We have got a municipal center of Alfonso X El Sabio with a library, and a lot of exhibitions.

A traditional product
In my city El Puerto de Santa Maria there are a lot of traditional meals,
in the land of wine Fine the most typical is the fish and seafood. But in this
recipe I put my favorite food, Caldo de Perro.
CALDO DE PERRO:
Then we cut a pepper, a tomato
and a onion and we putting this into the pot, this is added into the pot.
It is a version of what is called "fish in white", a hake or
fish whisk that is accompanied by vegetables (onion, pepper and tomato) and
covered with water. In this case it is only made with onion and the personal
touch is that a splash of sour orange is added.
The fished is cut and is cleaned; now the water is bulled with vegetables. We have waited for one hour.
After that we peel the potatoes and we cut in slices big, we put into the pot.
Finally when it this boiled, we put the fish into the pot.
We wait five minute and we can enjoy the this fantastic meal.
MY city: Puerto Santa Maria
My city is El Puerto de Santa María, it is in the south-west of Spain, it is into the Bahia of Cadiz, in the province of Cadiz, it has got a population of abaut 88184 it is the municipie with more population . It is small city but very beautiful. El Puerto de Santa María is a fantastic city because it has got pretty beachs and also there are three 3 starts hotels.
This is place perfect for live because we always have got good time and a lot of sun¡¡
There are a train station and two buses stations and we have got abaut 25 kilometres in the city Jerez de la Frontera a airport.
Also we have a lot of tipycal shops and luxury restaurant and El Puerto de Santa María is a good place to go the shooping.
Too, we have got two museums, it has got old builts and this very pretty .
Te people are very friedly.
I like my city because this is quiet place.My favorite place is the Castel San Marcos and the beachs.

This is place perfect for live because we always have got good time and a lot of sun¡¡
There are a train station and two buses stations and we have got abaut 25 kilometres in the city Jerez de la Frontera a airport.
