In my city El Puerto de Santa Maria there are a lot of traditional meals,
in the land of wine Fine the most typical is the fish and seafood. But in this
recipe I put my favorite food, Caldo de Perro.
CALDO DE PERRO:
Then we cut a pepper, a tomato
and a onion and we putting this into the pot, this is added into the pot.
It is a version of what is called "fish in white", a hake or
fish whisk that is accompanied by vegetables (onion, pepper and tomato) and
covered with water. In this case it is only made with onion and the personal
touch is that a splash of sour orange is added.
The fished is cut and is cleaned; now the water is bulled with vegetables. We have waited for one hour.
After that we peel the potatoes and we cut in slices big, we put into the pot.
Finally when it this boiled, we put the fish into the pot.
We wait five minute and we can enjoy the this fantastic meal.
